Yes!
Your Goldee calendar URL can be added to any calendar or email application. Your calendar feed url can be found in your settings – just tap ‘calendars’, copy your calendar link then add or subscribe to it from Outlook, iCal, Google calendar or whichever calendar you’re using.

You sure can. Invite someone you trust to be your Goldee co-pilot. They’ll be able to see everything in your Goldee account and add, view, edit and assign events, taking some of the worry work off your plate and putting both of you on the same page.

Simply forward emails to your unique Goldee email address (found in your settings and ‘add event’ + navigation) and Goldee will handle the rest.

We take your privacy seriously and have robust procedures in place to ensure that all data we collect is protected. Of course you can, it’s yours! You can request a copy of your data whenever you like. Just drop us a line. Within a few days, we’ll give you a link to access your data and any events we’ve processed.

Sure thing. If there are specific things you’d like deleted, drop our customer support team a line. We’ll also wipe all of your data after 30 days if you decide to delete your Goldee account.

Yes! If you’re a new user, you can try Goldee for free for 1 month before a monthly $8.99 AUD, 6-monthly $39.99 AUD or yearly $78.99 AUD subscription.

To cancel your subscription, you need to visit the App Store. We don’t have the ability to cancel your subscription on your behalf. For Apple subscription help, check out this helpful article.

Head to your settings, click ‘your details’ and select the delete account button. This will delete your account with Goldee. Just remember, deleting a profile is permanent and the profile data can’t be restored! Just in case you change your mind, we’ll hold profile data for 30 days after you click delete. Contact us to get it back.

You can change your password in the app. Simply tap on the profile icon on the calendar screen, navigate to the Your Account section, then tap on ‘Change password’. If you’ve forgotten your password, select the ‘Forgot password’ prompt on the Goldee home screen, then just follow the instructions.
