  • Goldee uses AI to scan all of your kid-related emails, texts, and screenshots you share with us for event info – and automatically adds key events into your schedule sorter for you to approve. You might never have to read a school newsletter or manually create events for your tiny humans again!

  • Yes! We’ll help you connect a calendar when you start using Goldee so that you can easily send the events Goldee finds to it. If you want to change your linked calendar at any time, simply navigate to your profile settings, tap ‘linked calendars’ and ‘edit’.

  • Yes. But only if you’re happy to share your login details. Family accounts and load-sharing will be available soon!

  • Tap the ‘add event’ button (the large ‘plus’ symbol) from the home screen and you’ll be able to see and copy your unique Goldee email address by tapping ‘copy email address’. Then, all you need to do is forward the emails you want Goldee to read to that address.

  • We keep your data safe, secure and encrypted with financial-grade security (the strictest kind!). For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

  • We take your privacy seriously and have robust procedures in place to ensure that all data we collect is protected. And, we’ve developed our policies in line with the strict privacy laws that govern us in Australia. This is all set out in our Privacy Policy. All information collected is securely stored and is protected by our Privacy Policy and terms of use.

  • Of course you can, it’s yours! You can request a copy of your data whenever you like. Just drop us a line. Within a few days, we’ll give you a link to access your data and any events we’ve processed.

  • Sure thing. If there are specific things you’d like deleted, drop our customer support team a line. We’ll also wipe all of your data after 30 days if you decide to delete your Goldee account.

Account & billing

  • You can try Goldee for free for two weeks before an $11.99 AUD monthly subscription. We’ll be introducing an annual subscription option soon.

  • To cancel your subscription, you need to visit the App Store. We don’t have the ability to cancel your subscription on your behalf. For Apple subscription help,  check out this helpful article.

  • Head to your settings, click ‘your details’ and select the delete account button. This will delete your account with Goldee. Just remember, deleting a profile is permanent and the profile data can’t be restored! Just in case you change your mind, we’ll hold profile data for 30 days after you click delete. Contact us to get it back.

  • You can change your password in the app. Simply tap on the profile icon on the calendar screen, navigate to the Your Account section, then tap on ‘Change password’. If you’ve forgotten your password, select the ‘Forgot password’ prompt on the Goldee home screen, then just follow the instructions.
